Developmental psychologist, Dr. Irving H. Smith, recently honored four of the original Buffalo Soldiers of the 92nd Infantry Division at his Prince Georges County Living Legends Celebration. The honorees were Captain Charles H. Lancaster, Captain Joseph Stephenson, Mr. William Gray, and Mr. Richard Johnson of the 92nd Infantry Division Buffalo Soldiers. This pictorial slideshow was used as a tribute to these great men, these living legends, who showed us an awesome example of the fact that true courage is exemplified in Deeds, Not Words.

Brazil send, in 1944, some african descent mixed with white contingent in the 1º brazilian Infantry Division to Italy. To be incorporate in the 5 º American Army of general Clarck. But the segregation still present, but cover. It´s very sad see a nation like US, considered the salvation for all the world against segregation and tyranny of the Nazism. But in the main tool of liberation of Europe "US Army" was heavy segregation.
