This is a relatively fast version of the First 64, which is the most well known of the Wild Goose Qigong (Dayan) forms. Wild Goose Qigong includes many self-healing forms, all very different in their collection of moves. Slower movements enable more Yin absopption of energy. Faster movements lead to more Yang activation.
