I did this one using, from left to right, a hive, cannon, cannon, arrow.
Until you save up enough gems for the hive keep swapping the left hand tower between AA gun and an arrow depending on enemies and charge everything up to black. Once you have a black hive it's really easy.

can you upload howto videos showing us how to get the trophies from the start of the levels to the end so we can see what trophies you use at the start of the level?,
P.S. how do i use a bomb, these a trophy that i need to kill the boss using bomb to earn it, but i have no idea how to use bombs?
