Does anyone know the code for the big red generator by 11:16, i didn't understand the code system and tried the energy and gravity codes together and apart. HELP!

Anyone remember how to destroy the crystal I have a particle beam rifle but it's empty and the one near the grave is broken...how do i fix the rifle?

I was doing perfect later in the game with this until a BUG happened.. I typed down the alien codes and entered them correctly and it does not open the cylinders. Tried it again 4 times and gave up after that.
