@evo0008 I guess that's how one defines "prove". As in legally, or documented lab tests? No. But Induran and Bugno were clients of notorious doctor Francesco Conconi, who is widely known for introducing EPO to the sport, even by his own later admission, & Ciapucci was a client of Conconi and Giovanni Grazzi, who has an equally ugly track record, therefore it stands to reason... Look up Conconi on Wiki for more.
Having said that, Indurain was still a super talent, and modest champion.

can anyone prove that?

@100ricker Don't disagree. But at least Indurain was a humble champion.

indurain, bugno, chiappucci were all doped to their eye balls this was the start of the epo era

Absolutely tragic and a sad inditement of 90's cycling. Lemond , who is now seen as some kind of pariah, is the victim of passive doping and in no other place is it more clear than in these editions of the Tour. He goes from victor to fodder in front of out very eyes in the space of 12 months- it's painful to watch and I can only begin to imagine what it must have felt like to an athlete who knew that physically, most of the people who were beating him were a couple of levels below him.
