@72Imtheman Yes but I have tried other rip off brands just like gorilla bands and they simply dont compare. Can you give me 3 good reasons why gorilla bands are better than bodylastics?
-
@TheBigRedNation Your comments are out of ignorance. You can not possibly say another product is better than another if you have not tried both.

@72Imtheman I may have not tried Gorilla Bands but I have tried other rip off brands and know they break. All I'm saying is Bodylastics are better constructed than any other resistance bands on the market.

@TheBigRedNation If you have not tried both then you are talking out of ignorance.

@72Imtheman I have tried Bodylastics and know without a doubt they are the best constructed resistance bands. Gorilla bands may be cheaper but you get what you pay for... You can probably get a "made in china brand" for less too but that doesn't make it better.

@TheBigRedNation Have you tried them?
-
@72Imtheman better construction... hahaha that makes me laugh!

Found a better band. Gorilla Bands are more affordable and better construction. Check the out.

how long are the bands you used in the video? great info thx heaps....

Bodylastic bands are of good construction. However resistance bands are useless for the advanced bodybuilder. They are great for cardio and muscle pumps. Check out my vid on my channel of what Scooby thinks about resistance bands.
hi...i dont wanna build muscle i want to lose arm fat....are the bands good for that 2?

@plushlingerie I know alot of women fear bulking up with muscle but with bands or any other resistance training adding more muscle will burn more calories. That in addition to good diet will mean more fat burned and lost including arm fat. And since muscle is three times heavier than fat it takes up a lot less room to.

hey bro, have you tried using all the bands at the same time? if you haven't how much have you used in one workout?

No havent been able to use all at once way to much weight for me. I have used around 3 bands at once for some exercises and it wasnt cumbersome or anything. I have switched over to powerblocks but these are still great for the road.

so can you still build a thick chest with the bodylastics? Great review btw

Cant really comment on that one for sure since as far as "bench pressing" with bands standing up is very difficult but with a bench and the bands attatched I would imagine so. Hopefully can reply back later once I have a bench.
