Go into settings and change the network to GSM to save battery power, switch back to dual mode when you want faster data. The phone does not need to restart like some earlier Nokia models! Also turn Bluetooth off and WLAN scanning when not in use, and set the display resolution just short of full. This should help conserve battery power, but if you are a heavy user like myself... carry another phone to slip your SIM card in when you need to, also buy a second battery online!

things i dont like about my nokia n85 :
the battery life isn't as big as nokia promised.
and the sound from the stereo speackers is poor.

Yes it's an awesome phone... if you are familiar with the Symbian OS. It has a 5mp camera as well as Bluetooth Stereo, WiFi, GPS and HSDPA. It is super fast at downloading games, videos, music, podcasts etc. The OLED screen is a beauty! No phone is perfect however, but for the money it's a deal!

This was filmed with my Nokia N85. The ride was so bumpy I can't believe the video turned out as well as it did.
