Ok, now here is the real one. Olivia version is pitched down and Jeff Lynne's 2001 version is pitched up hopefully matching for better.

  • The prechorus sounds freakin awesome, by the way. They're both singing different keys and are in harmony.

  • Interesting - I like the idea.

  • Great job! Is a nice new version of a awesome song! THX!

  • Interesting idea. Something I might've done myself out of curiosity. Very cool.

  • That was...Weird. While I was exited by the combination, it sounded like they were dueling for supremacy. I prepose that U do 2 different versions on this same taping: 1 after another. Each will have one singer 'channled' down so we can only here the other sing while BOTH versions of the music play together. I'm partial to Jeff Lynne's version even tho' I admit that ONJ does stir my heart. Try to accomplish this & I bet it will sound great. Plz have ONJ chime back in on the last "XaNa-DU-ooOO!"

  • @BonelessSausage Ambitious work. I think ONJ and JL should have sung this song originally as a duet and save the original vocal harmonies from the ONJ

version. This is, however, an ELO song.

  • Bizarre! But cool!

  • Better job.

  • That is awesome. I love it so much. If only the movie had used this idea for the movie and made Jeff Lynne actually have a part instead of just writing the music, It would have been an epic move, in my opinion. Very Good job.
