Just save yourself time and grief by hiring a professional photographer.
This camera is OK but the fisheye lens is low quality. The examples show the model photographing directly into bright windows with the camera set to "A" (Aperture) mode. If one were to do that this camera is going to properly expose for the windows rendering whatever is in the room underexposed (very dark).
It is quite obvious the people from Previsite have no idea how to properly photograph a home for sale.
