i just got my 9400 gt, it has pixel shader 4, it looks awsm!!!! way better than my intergrated card from 2004. (yh my computer is old)

yes yesterday i bought a nvidia geforce 6200 which supports pixel shader 3 yes baby played Gmod it looks so awesome

That's great, man. Cool test! I'm working on a 2D Game Engine in XNA and I want to use a bunch of post-process effects to really up the energy of my games.
Did you write your own light-trail (afterimage) shader or find it somewhere?

I wrote it myself, its a pretty basic shader, it applies a 12 pass blur followed by a color adjustment afterwards.

No, that's an error in my comment :D
Should have been 12 samples per pixel. Quite different then 12 passes ;)
