Hi Fleurzty, this is great advice. I was literally adding notes to my diary, then you actually put up a sample schedule...fantastic, gonna do something similar. Definitely been assessing my hair, what it likes and doesn't - so gonna put yours and Kimmay's advice into practice and reassess after 3 months. Thanks again and well done on the vids xx
