Fun game, but this opening always reminded me of that cheesy 80's movie "The Gate" where the dorky kid listens to the heavy metal album backwards for the spell to open the gate to the underworld.

The game was too easy, even with all the hardest settings. The hardest thing about this game was getting through an adventure without integer divide by zero crash, the most noob programming error other than wrong number of elements in array. The AI is horrible, armies get stuck when they have nowhere to retreat 75% of the time, instead of getting wiped out like they should. Shitty user interface. None of the patches helped. It has a lot of potential though, if they ever remake it.
