its says only one useage of on socket, and \ unable to bind to adress and no listening ciruits. what should i do?

@GLAMOURSK1LLS : i am pretty sure your port is being used by other softwares like windows live or skype, or it could be any other communication software. in order to fix this problem, you must remove the software that interferes with your ports

@Booyah830 : if you have Skype or Windows live, remove them from your computer and install a brand new copy of XAMPP or or whatever host you use.
