Yeah, but he was still pretty shy after that if I remember corroectly.
-
@BobTheHun64 Aww but if you recall, he learned to be more confident in the episode that first had Wally.

You guys have to remember this was made for children. Its extremely hard to explain these kinds of things to young kids, so it's not going to be 100% accurate.

George is 2 cofident in this, he's sopposed shy and not have many friends.

I have autism and both Carl and I have something in common: we both know so much about one topic. While he knows trains, I know dozens of things about the Titanic.

Great episode! I have a much milder form of it than Carl, but I related to it as well. Ironically what made me even look up Arthur today was the "Arthur punches D.W." meme lol

I have aspergers, and the only inaccuracy in this was the whole girraffe break-down thing. If I saw a giraffe puppet wearing several bow-ties as a kid, I would have just found it weird. Not scary, overwhelming, or funny, but just weird. Anyways, I liked the way they accurately portrayed aspergers without being offensive.

@ValisFan3 Lol. Secret son. Let's see how Buster reacts to that one.
I personaly have AS myself and although this isn't really accurate, I do have to praise PBS for trying. I hope they cover epilepsy next. I knew a girl who had it and all the other kids were always so mean to her becuase of it.

To the comments below.......Not nice to make fun of a disabliity. I sure this was made to educate people about aspergers. Autism Awareness...Educate...Advocate.
