  • I personaly have AS myself and although this isn't really accurate, I do have to praise PBS for trying. I hope they cover epilepsy next. I knew a girl who had it and all the other kids were always so mean to her becuase of it.

  • To the comments below.......Not nice to make fun of a disabliity. I sure this was made to educate people about aspergers. Autism Awareness...Educate...Advocate.

  • ok ok im an aspie too n we dont completely flip out and have mental breakdowns like that but the whole routine, memory and interests thing was right but were not crazy

  • @jediskunk67 Same here.

A lot of people have it.

    I have it. XD

  • Yeah, but he was still pretty shy after that if I remember corroectly.

  • @BobTheHun64 Aww but if you recall, he learned to be more confident in the episode that first had Wally.

  • You guys have to remember this was made for children. Its extremely hard to explain these kinds of things to young kids, so it's not going to be 100% accurate.

  • George is 2 cofident in this, he's sopposed shy and not have many friends.

  • I have autism and both Carl and I have something in common: we both know so much about one topic. While he knows trains, I know dozens of things about the Titanic.

  • Great episode! I have a much milder form of it than Carl, but I related to it as well. Ironically what made me even look up Arthur today was the "Arthur punches D.W." meme lol

  • I have aspergers, and the only inaccuracy in this was the whole girraffe break-down thing. If I saw a giraffe puppet wearing several bow-ties as a kid, I would have just found it weird. Not scary, overwhelming, or funny, but just weird. Anyways, I liked the way they accurately portrayed aspergers without being offensive.

  • @ValisFan3 Lol. Secret son. Let's see how Buster reacts to that one.
