Super Smash Bros. Brawl - Nov 7 08 B

We're now into November, and Barack Obama has just been elected President of the United States. But you know what? If you voted for John McCain or a third-party candidate, or even if you merely wanted to vote but you can't, that's still fine with me! That means you're motivated and charged, which can only be a good thing.

Voter turnout was atrocious over 2000 and 2004. A huge population of eligible voters never even registered to vote, and much of the people who were registered never voted. Yet, the Bush years have been among the most controversial in recent American history. But really, if you didn't want to vote, you have no right to complain about the state of affairs going on. 40 million people who could vote but didn't--that could have definitely made a difference.

Halberd
This is the only team match I had that actually worked. I got disconnected immediately afterward, which is unusual, as I don't normally get disconnected so soon. Captain Falcon chose not to do anything, so I chose not to attack him. That Meta Knight, though, was as aggressive as hell, and I focused all my attacks on him. The Capsules were what really determined this match. Unfortunately, Toon Link wasn't really too concerned with attacking someone who just doesn't want to fight.

It feels pretty good to be on Hanenbow again, and with one of my favorite characters from Melee. (Ness is my favorite Melee Character, but Ice Climbers were so underestimated that I loved the comeuppances they could make.) The person I'm facing is Mim, who carries the same nome de plume on Mario Heaven. Everyone on Mario Heaven seems to be really good. I won this one, but only because Mario got KOed by an accidental slip from the bottom leaf.

I don't understand. How did Mim manage to control Sonic so well under that lag? All those grabs were precie, and I couldn't get any grabs in. Sonic was able to attack Peach relentlessly, and I couldn't do much because I couldn't tell what Sonic was going to do next. This, more than anything else, probably shows how I'm below average among the Mario Heaven members. Is lag a constant amount? I always overshoot or undershoot, as I misjudge the lag.

Can't you float with the golden hammer by pressing the attack button repetedly? That would have made you make that jump to the ship at 10:30.

So how am I supposed to register yours when you might not know I am trying to?

Yes, you can register anyone's Friend Code. However, that person has to register yours in return in order for it to do anything. If you get a message saying the code doesn't work, then it means the numbers are wrong.

You check your Friend Code by going online, then going to "With Friends," and looking at your address book. Your profile is at the top, and your Friend Code is up there.

Hey overhazard I have two questions for you: First can you register people as friends in this game whenever you want cause I put in this one dudes code and it did not work. My second one how do I check my friend code on brawl cause I want to give you my friend code, but I don't know where to check.

I'm always very careful when I taunt; I sometimes don't do it because most people I face WILL attack to interrupt a taunt.

I hate it when people focus their attacks on people who don't want to fight and just taunt. If i had a partner like that, whenever I get a bomb, instead of throwing it at the enemy, I'd throw it at him. But, I laughed when you killed Mim while she was taunting. I guess that's why you should taunt while they're KOed.
