Great video Troy.
I really love the fact that you talk about listening to your body and to back it off when required.
There are just so many athletes out there that just keep pushing and pushing, so it is great to hear a fellow coach place emphasis on listening to your body.
I look forward to watching your other videos.

Coach Troy! I enjoy your DVD's, especially the TT ones. They helped me finish 70.3 Galveston this year. Do you have a DVD that helps with high cadence? Yep I smashed my legs cycling for the run....
