He is mocking the naivety of the liberalist mind in general, by mocking the morons who think they are sophisticated because they drink coffee with a "fancy" sounding name. He also points out the ridiculous specifics they always ask for such as "Organically raised" beans or "Special water" because they think they're "culturally sensitive" by doing so.

I lived in Oregon... I saw the Cal liberal/homosexual movement take it over and they succeeded in making it the most liberal State in the Union. Washington State is next. Portland is now the most gender confused city in the Country, it has surpassed SF for that title, Seattle is not far behind.
