Blue Red and Grey is another superb song by The Who.
The Track is taken from their 1975 album, The Who By Numbers.
Pete picks up a ukulele for this one. Call it a solo if you will.
As he is only accompanied by John Entwistle's outstanding Brass work
on this number. That comes in after the first verse.
So sit back and Enjoy this brilliant tune!
Song written by Pete Townshend.

  • A very simple but amazing song. Not heard this for years. Very, very underatted

  • In the book "Anyway, Anyhow, Anywhere The Complete Chronicle of The Who 1958-1978" he says that this song wasn't chosen for the album but Glyn Johns the producer insisted in put it in. "It's just me and an ukelele" he said, "it's nothing", but thankfully Glyn won :)

  • From, I think, the band's most overlooked record. However Much I Booze, How Many Friends, Dreaming From The Waist, definitely worth the listen.

  • Great vid to a great song!! Now I have a huge WHO smile on my face!! Thanks!!!
