There's so much going on in this seen. Mishka doesn't notice the camera 'til the other dog draws attention to it. Then you can tell by the other dogs behaviour that it associates the camera with Mishka talking. Hence why it makes sounds, goes back and forth between the camera and Mishka, and why it motions with its head. Mishka is the dominant dog because she is unconcerned with the others passing by and doesn't come over even when asserting her role as the "speaker" when Lyka(?) speaks.
