SOFTPRO Signature Pavilion CeBIT 2008

The "Signature Pavilion" is the important meeting point for those who would like information about the hard- and software requirements for integrating handwritten electronic signatures into digital processes.

The video offers a sneak impression of typical discussions at the show. Visitors tend to attend extensive demonstrations while discussing the business case and already defining corner stones of pilots.

The use of electronic handwritten signatures is growing in acceptance as a guarantor for authenticity,and trustworthiness because of its ease of use and efficiency.

The Signature Pavilion is centrally coordinated by Softpro, the world wide leading supplier of systems for capturing and examining handwritten signatures. In 2008 Softpro exhibits again together with its long time partner Wacom at booth F06 in hall 17.

The main topics of interest in 2008 for the financial institutes are "fighting fraud in paper based transactions such as cheques and giros" as well as "reducing costs by eliminating paper". In both cases the electronic handwritten signature plays a central role.

One of the highlights of the show in 2008 is the latest version of the SignPad eSignio - used in production already in leading banks in the world.
