HCG VLCD 16

Down .4 lbs from yesterday. Did not inject yesterday. Ate the second half of my Chocolate Delight. Down a total of 11.6 pounds after 15 VLCDs. I am also down 12.5 inches. WOO HOO! Today will be a pretty normal day. Will Try chocolate delight again after TOM leaves. TOM is usually around for a long visit for me; should be outta there by Friday unless HCG throws it off. Today's weight is 142.8 lbs.

how often do you inject the hcg is it once a day or twice a day?

Yes measure yourself.  I was gonna use measurements from a few months ago because I didn't want to face up to where I've gotten but Mom kicked me in the butt to do it. I'm so glad I've done it now cuz its called pounds and INCHES. Its a good motivation when the weight release slows down a bit.

12.5 inches is so cool. And 11.6 pounds is awesome, too! I haven't measured myself yet since day 1... maybe I should. Thank you for always having a smile on your face. It helps me stay positive.
