sorry i disgust you, the Labradors are a big part of our family, and they love good food as much as I do. plus i wash my hands before cooking and after touching the dogs. have a good day, eric.

If you soaked your chickpeas overnight in plenty water and bicarbonate soda (1or 2 tablespoons) you double up the amount of chickpeas and one hour is sufficient to cook them.Bicarbonate soda will make your chickpeas big and soft--don't forget to rince them.I will try your recipe this week-end.thanks for posting.
