Most of the time he is kept chained to a pole with another dog that dominates him, thus the puncture marks on his body. Everything else is human neglect. This family has already killed 3 dogs prior to Justice. They are a large Greek family disliked by neighbors / Confirmed

By the title, I thought this was a dog that had been rescued and getting treatment, but this is his "home," or a vet's office that was going to return him to that "home"??? Isn't that a vets office? That certainly isn't someones house. A vet would report abuse.  Seems to me to be some sort of office.
