It's a tune called 'Magic Trumpet' Written by Bert Kaemphert and was played by Herb Alpert and the Tijuana Brass.

Thanks for posting this mate, I've been looking for this for a long time (and I think it was used some years later by the BBC on "Young Scientist of The Year." ) Any idea what the tune is called?
