Australia Day - ALife4Sale

When I moved to Australia one of my goals was to become an Australian citizen. This finally happened on Australia Day, 26th January 2006. Australia Day in Perth is fantastic. Most of the population of the city head for the river in the heart of the city, where there is entertainment all day, including live music, skydiving displays and all sorts of other stuff. Or there are back garden parties all over the city, often listening to the Triple J Hottest 100 countdown.

When it gets dark there is a spectacular music and firworks extravaganza over the river and city. A great day! "Australians all, let us rejoice, for we are young and free..."

I'd much rather "suffer" from Peter Pan syndrome than get old before my time. I think we all would like to stay young, and I don't feel that I am "suffering" from this at all.

Next, be careful of your decision to leave Australia. I am a world traveller. I lived in 6 countries. USA Canada England Japan Switzerland Japan. You might be better off to rent out your place for a couple of years while you travel. more to follow

I only think he should reconsider what he is doing. A better choice might be to rent out his place until he sorts himself out. I think he has a lot of that to do and selling everything he owns may not be the wisest choice. Although he may very well have to make some major changes to his life, he may have to look inward to do that. And this place he has seems to be a great place. In a few years he may regret letting it go.

You live in a paradise. The one and only thing you are missing is a lifetime mate. You may meet someone else to share your life with during your travels and then return and settle in Australia. You also seem to have no children. Children will ground you on this planet. You still have time to have one. I suggest you change direction and look for a wife who wants a family, a pet and a picket fence. Right now your life has no meaning.
