  • Looks proper like Liam!

  • @TriGGlety1974 I know what you mean. He's not exactly Thom Yorke, is he? Those sound producers in recording studios can work miracles. I saw The Roses' last ever gig at Reading '96, and Ian Brown was Hillarious. I think he's got better over the years though.

  • @TriGGlety1974 They were a bit late for the 60's, now that you mention it. About 30 fucking years too late! Are you conveniently trying to forget the Gallagher's pretending to be the Beatles? Not only were they trying so desperately to sound like them, but they were dressing up like them too! The pair of twats!

However, you are right about something needed to be done about the music of today. It's bloody soul destroying. The Stone Roses reforming might just be the answer. Fingers crossed, eh?

  • @judgenutmeg1977 I said you were going BNP against me because you were completely disregarding my opinion for being Argentinian. That's some serious answer, you retarded and moronic selfish Brit.

I'm not the one who stated Oasis was the best band of the 90's, part of the media back then stated it. Which completely disregards YOUR opinion, which already lacked importance once you said you went to many concerts. You're no music critic. Now I'm the one who'll finish this. You can go suck a fuck.

  • @JackBandicootsBunker Nirvana, Damon Albarn and now the BNP??? What the fuck are you jabbering on about, little man? Somebody should slap that dick out of your mouth.

You're out of your depth and this debate is tiresome. I'm not wasting any more of my time on you.

Oasis was one of the biggest crimes ever committed against British music in the 20th Century. End of story.

  • @judgenutmeg1977 Geographical location doesn't make you less wise, if you research and state your opinion. I don't give two fucks about you attending to many concerts either, FYI. Also, stop going all BNP at me, because I don't tolerate selfish fucks.

Oasis hasn't arrived late to any scene, there's no early or late times into the scene. I don't care if they were too mainstream for the Indie scene, that's bollocks.

  • @JackBandicootsBunker Actually it does make you less wise. This debate goes way past the levels of taste. Firstly, you were too young to be a part of the scene, and secondly, you live 7000 miles away. It's like me talking about punk in 1977, or Height and Ashbury in '66. I wasn't there, therefore my knowledge is limited on such subjects. This is about oasis ripping off others, being shite and arriving late on the British music scene. My initial comment was not about musical taste.

  • @judgenutmeg1977 FYI, Nationality doesn't make you less wise about music. I put Blur and Nirvana inside the comment as people say they both are better than Oasis, when the latter makes both of them bite the dust quite easily.

    Also, I'm 18, not 23.

  • @JackBandicootsBunker I'm still no wiser as to why you brought Nirvana or Damon Albarn into this. You're 23 and you're an Argie and you have no idea what you're talking about. You're in no position to tell me what was good or shit in the 90's. I witnessed most of the bands that you've mentioned, plus 100's more live.

I'm not interested how popular oasis were. Popularity doesn't influence me, i have the ability to think for myself. Oasis were rip-off merchants and they were fucking awful.

  • @judgenutmeg1977 Also, I never said the Carpets were shit, they are a great band. But not the best band from the Madchester scene. The Happy Mondays weren't that either. And neither were The Charlatans. The best band from the Madchester era was The Stone Roses.

As for your "Cool As Fuck" reference, instead of making yourself look like some kind of retard, why don't you go troll all Green Day's videos, since the band stole the phrase and turned it into "Awesome As F**k"?
