the left once again trying to take things out of context and this time they (obama, biden, and rest of his administration is taking credit for the surge in Iraq which occured only when George W Bus was president and at his watch. Ironically , the Obama and progressive elite don't take responsibility for increasing the national debt and increasing size of government but instead play the blame bush game. Progressives take credit for the policy they did not believe in.
