obviously, you have never been around the military for more than a few weeks at a time. i have spent my entire life around the air force and army, and let me tell you, these guys just were blowin off steam. and don't even get me started about a little something called LOYALTY. if your superior officer (the pres. or some other elected civilian included) tells you to do something, you do it.
