CONTROL - A film about anorexia

So, this is a short film I made quite a while ago with Laura, one of my best friends. She is NOT anorexic.

I decided to make this film to give people a little insight into the life of anorexic people. The girl in the video wakes up every morning, opens the fridge just to see it's empty, gets dressed and goes outside. Everywhere she goes, there's food. Her whole life revolves around food, she is loosing weight while she is only drinking water. However, her story has a happy ending. : )

I want to apologize for the bad quality; I had to convert it, like, a thousand times. And I know this video isn't perfect, I am planning on redoing it once I get the better programs and everything. I still hope you like it though.

The sound in the last scene is not missing! I just decided to leave it out; I thought it would fit the scene.

Music I used: 'Mika's Song' by Yiruma.

@EvanescenceLoverr cut it and stuff,I used Windows Movie Maker because I couldn't afford a better program;also,the quality of the camera is very bad..I got better programs and a better camera now,so I will probably reshoot it once I get the time,and I will restructure it.

Btw,I kind of got an eating disorder,too,that's why I got the idea of this video in first place.. I'm not anorexic,though.So this video is rather about me than about an anorexic,I guess..

@GinTheCamLover It's quite good though,don't give up film producing. I adore the atmosphere, and the town in which you live is very pretty.

Aw, I'm sorry about your disorder. All of them suck, no matter which kind. I have anorexia as well. Not fun. The sick part is that you almost don't want to recover because of all the weight you've lost.

@GinTheCamLover disorders suck. im kinda worried tho. since im skinny i might get anoexia :( im a kid but im worried. ill hate food,i wud never wanna show my face,and i might wanna loose more weight.

Hey,I read one of your comments saying you should make a video thats more accurate and stuff, which is a good idea. I know you might have potential to make an "awareness" video, but please, make it more interesting. Make it known. Because I'm pretty sure 90% of the people who came to watch this left within the first 20 seconds because its just so boring.

Very good effort though. It's hard to make an awareness video about something thats never happened to you.
