They're just laughing at basically how ridiculous everything has been for the past month or so. So numb to the point that it's not even possible for them to express the sense of grief they're feeling until later on. This scene is hilarious as it is but somewhat aching to see that George is no longer around to laugh with them.

hahahaha, they do look crazy, right? the scene is made like this because of the people that is watching, so we don't get to emotional with it... It sucks that George, Mark and Lexie died, and Izzy left.... that sucks
