Richard Buckminster "Bucky" Fuller (July 12, 1895 July 1, 1983) was an American architect, author, designer, futurist, inventor, and visionary, sometimes called the Leonardo Divinci of our time. Famous for his emphasis on using the least amount of materials for the greatest yield, Buckminster Fuller is famous for his geodesic domes and coining the term "Spaceship Earth."
