That caller is a little too optomistic in his estimates, but I hope to see an RV as well. Unfortunately, I've been over here since March of 2004 through OIF II, III and now Operation New Hope or whatever it's called. I just don't see what I had hoped to see at this point. When I pay my Iraqis, they would rather take less in the form of USD than to be paid in IQD.

Kuwait was a completely different story. They KNEW their worth and immediately went back to doing what they do best.
