Paracord Fusion Ties - Volume 1: http://www.amazon.com/Paracord-Fusion... The Monkeys Fist is a classic knot used to add weight and grip to the end of a tossed line. Still, the knot is also elegant on its own. Having become a favored piece of paracord tyers, I decided to show how to create a two color paracord version of the knot. Traditionally a stone or ball is used to provide shape to the fist. However, Im of the school that a knot should be a knot (through and through). So I did away with the extra bits and pieces, and added a simple overhand knot for the core.
