I love Insanity. I'm currently on week 5. I have lost ten pounds. I walk an additonal hour per day.

Because shakeology is supposedly just for losing weight and burning more carbs, so should i use something like Whey protein power.

Yeah, I use Shakeology, it's kind of expensive but you can add whole milk, peanut butter, whatever to get the calories you need. The quick start book goes through what you need depending if you're trying to gain or lose weight. It's pretty simple actually, just gotta eat more calories than you burn, and believe me, you burn a TON doing INSANITY!
Hey BRUXXUS, i'm doing insanity, tomorrow i'll finish week 2, i'm a professional athlete and i really like to push my body to the max. I'm doing insanity for 2 reasons, to be even more fit(speed, agility, stamina, vertical jump, ect.) AND to have a ripped 6 pack abs. I just want to know if this program helps you get those nice ripped abs that everyone is dreaming of? ps: sorry for my bad english, i'm from europe :)

@mynameisFori Hey there! Insanity is GREAT, I've done it twice with great results, it will make you better in everything you do. As far as getting a 6 pack, it depends on how much fat you need to lose, if you already have a pretty flat belly, this will def get you ripped abs!

can u plz answer this question um does insanity give u alot of strength and awesome muscles or is it more of a thing tht teaches u to run a marathon?

@dragoncum67 It's really about strength and stamina. you're not going to get big on INSANITY, but you'll be in the best shape ever. Speed, agility, stamina. If you're looking to bulk up check out P90X

hey im thinking of doing this and i was wondering if you use and protien powder or whatever cause im only 150lbs and 6' so i gotta gain some weight
