"HI-TEMPO TRAINING AT ITS BEST!"

Extreme Fitness has teamed up with Lucas Miller High Performance Hockey School to bring members a high-tempo hockey specific group fitness program.

If you are looking to fine tune your hockey skills while getting a great workout, this is the place to be.

In this one-hour group fitness class you will:

Train like a pro hockey player
Learn how to play at a higher fitness level
Improve speed and endurance
Improve focus & concentration
Learn how to skate faster than your opponent
Have more energy in your game
and score more goals


FRIDAYS @ 6pm @ Dunfield (110 Eglinton Avenue East)

SATURDAYS @ 12pm @ Whitby (75 Consumers Drive)
