This video, featuring the 3rd Bn 1st Marines Fallujah, is one of my top favorites on this site. It covers "Operation Al Fajr", also know as "Phantom Fury", that took place in Iraq in late 2004. The footage was shot and edited by Cpl Jan M. Bender, during fierce fighting in Fallujah. The action is intense and the awesome track by Seether will have you blowing some speakers. Enjoy!

  • 1:40 Unfortunately, and not shown in this video, this APC's left-side track was destroyed while trying to run over the built-like-a-shit-brickhouse PKM. The track was repaired by using the PKM as a sledgehammer to bend the damaged links back into shape. The PKM then won a Nobel Peace Prize, and went on to marry the Inanimate Carbon Rod.
