when i import to imovie or playback in quicktime it zooms into the top left corner of the video, any help please?

@cloudsgivemegas - Select your clip and then press "C" In the preview window click "Fit" That should solve your problem.

when i export with H.264, the quicktime movie shows the clip laggyy :( any suggestion?

Why can i only put the image size to 352 x 288 CIF? That is the highest it will go..TV is HD, everything is good. Any help would be great!

when u people record ur gameplay is ur setting on 1080i or 720p because when i record a 7 - 8 minute game it would come up as like 900mb or something really big. can someone please help and by the way this is on xbox 360 and i use Final Cut Pro X for my montages
