@dothisdothat321 correct, matte painting infers that there was painting involved this was 3d rendering and photo manipulation at best.

This is not a matte painting its a photograph of a landscape with some added effects and a poor tutorial.

if this is a 2d scene why did you use fusion? wouldnt photoshop have been better?

@azibaa yeah it would be awesome if you couldve added rays of lights peaking throu the mountains as see them in 3d as the camera moves but it probably would've taken you years to render that out though. good explanation of the whole process though really helpful to me thank you
