@kelbyje yea, that is the whole reason why I posted what I posted. If you have 100% traction redling is 100% counterproductive. Instead of accelerating you completely stop because you are mechanically limited to the gear ratio of the gear you are in. It's ok when your wheel spinning because you want to be at peak power as long as possible. But if ANYONE think they make good power @ their ACTUAL redline please go dyno your car at your redline and your redline only. Let me know what you get.

@LOLBinx I just realized what you did. You went and wrote the actual difference between a b series and a sr20. Wow, great job on that one keyboard warrior. You should get an award. When you ever make more than 600whp in anything please let me know. But until then you have no room to talk. Hell, I wouldn't doubt if you haven't made 300whp in a car. From your page you have nothing. Just recently I've made 660whp in a stock sleeve lsvtec. And right now I am building a sleeved gsr.

@LOLBinx you must not understand what I'm saying. I don't even remember if your the original guy I was talking to. I was saying he shouldn't be redlining the motor. Someone said something about redlining and then some how nissan motors came up. I then said the same thing applies to both. Because they are both 4 cylinder internal combustion engines. Plus I like the "kid" comment. I've BUILT more cars than you've owned. Hondas, mustangs, dsms and guess what a sr20 swapped s13. so yea...

@rb26dett32 ok... sr20det's are single turbo. compression is 8.5:1 and displacement is 1998cc.
b18c1 (gsr) are not turbo'd. compression is 10.6:1. and displacement is 1797cc.
sr20det : 205 hp @ 6,000 rpm 203 tq @ 4,000 rpm
b18c1: 180 hp @ 7,600 rpm
so your a dumbass... i am selling a 240 with sr20 swap and i dd a gsr civic kid
