  • you don't need to have the clutch in to start it -.-...it just needs to be in neutral....just kinda annoyed me

  • @Leonhart9584 yea well you f*cking annoy me, mind your business. Act like I don't know that hahahaha

  • Great bike. I'm thinking of selling my Ninja 250 and getting one of these after I move.

I also ride a Sportster 883 and it's actually less and easier maintenance than the Ninja. That's what made me think about replacing the Ninja with a Blast for a good commuter.

  • So how did the Ninja 250 ride, I thought about getting one of those for my first bike.

  • Cool. I should have bought a Blast for my first bike, but I bought something smaller instead. Welcome to the best sport in existence. Ride safe and have fun!

  • Hey thanks, stay safe and and have fun as well.

  • How's the bike workin out for you? Do you still have it?

  • @Leonhart9584 Unless the the safety switch has been disabled you need to have the clutch in to start it. I had mine disabled along with the kickstand safety switch to eliminate possible electrical gremlins. 2 less things to troubleshoot if something goes wrong.

  • @Leonhart9584 Wrong. I have a blast and it will not start in neutral. Clutch has to be pulled.

  • I'm about to buy one of these after I get my license to ride, are there any known problems with these other than the leaky rocker-box gasket?

  • is it hard to shift from neutral to 1st like a beginner has trouble in a car.??

  • Good starter bike for a first time bike owner. Only 2 things I did not care about it had to due with its' size (too small for me) since I am over 6 foot tall and wear size 13 shoes. Got very unfortable after a short time , had to take breaks more often than I do on my current much bigger touring bike .

  • Who Lotta slow you got there.

  • @Leonhart9584 Actually I own a Blast and you do have to have the clutch in to start it. There is a safety switch on it. So know your Sh!t before you B!tch.

  • thanks dude i'm going to test one out today and it helps to know where the buttons are so i don't look like a complete tool.
