rubenstein's revenge and e.t.'s revenge

the first one is self explanatory the second is something I put together. I added a synch/asynch throw. Its about as close as I can get to a (2x,2x) while remaining 531. after the u ball goes up and the previous is caught the hands unwind just like rubenstein's. while the hands are still unwinding you begin the 531. the throws should complete at the same time the unwinding ends. with only a small push from your fingers you can throw with substantial speed and accuracy. this has eaten up a fair bit of my time. I'm still not sure if it was time well spent.
