5 reps doesn't do anything because the legs have a lot of muscles inside them.

15 reps is the price of admission for adding slabs of muscle onside your legs.

  • @NotFalling4Taqqiya Oh really, I was told by this swole guy to only go that deep, because otherwise its bad for you knees. He also said not to eat oats because they are carbs. Am i doing it wrong? Could you offer any more advice please?

  • Sorry man, but that isn't squatting with perfect form, that's quarter-squatting. One's got to go at least parallel to call something like that a squat.
