That's what i meant, yer, in a nutshell basically it's a rebound and very lucky and the probability is very low (less then o.2 out of 1 or less then 20% chance by far) andnot many people have converted it.

I spared my 7 - 10 split by hitting the 10 pin off the back wall, then back onto my ball again, then bouncing into the 7 pin at head height. A more correct term would be saying it's only possible by getting a lucky bounce.

yea it is, considering it's physically impossible for the ball to create straight motion into perpendicularly 90 degree angle motion, in lamens terms; even if you hit the pin on the side; it's never going to go perfectly 90 degree perpendicular to the ball and get the pin. It hit the back wall, bounced back and hit it....that's the only way it's possible.
