it was safe because he FADC'd off of block stun than ex-messiah'ed, the only thing poongko could have done was ex shoryu but it wouldnt have hit all that would have happened is his invincibility frames and rufus's invincibility frames would have passed through eachother.

this is not your typical online game: The CHAMPION guy was INVITED to come ALL THE WAY from KOREA(+12 HOURS fly one way) to play a few exhibition games...

that was actually a very dangerous tactic Justin pulled off for the win. With how shoryuken happy Poongko was, FADCing into him could have meant the ultra with counter-damage bonus, since IIRC Shoryuken has armor break on counter.
