i am watching Miami Vice at the moment i have all the seasons on dvd and i watched this episode the other day and i remember his rich father accusing him of another rape and he replied back to him "don't worry it's amusing at best"

@vdelrio999 Close but it was a corvette, a mcburnie to be accurate. Also the reason why they later on got a testarossa in white but thats another story...

@1D0N , You are absolutely right, the reason why i mentioned the 25th was that in europe the taillight panel only ever came on a 25th, we never had any of the ugly bumpers etc as in the US, so didnt think about the year it aired :-/ to be honesr i never really looked any further than the taillight panel :-)

2 cars indeed, but definitely no 25th, which wasn't even out yet. It's completely missing the lowers spoilers/skirts/bumpers on the bottom of the car.

Funny thing is they used 2 different cars a QV and a 25th, take a close look and you can see the taillight panel change several times during the chase :-)
