Increase Your Jump. With many vertical jump programs currently out on the market, it seems that only a few of them really help boost an athletes' jumping ability. The jump machines and jump shoes sold in sports retail shops that athletes and sports enthusiasts purchase provide some varying degrees of success. These so called jump enhancing toys may not be the only answer one can turn to in order to really have a substantial increase in jumping ability. Doing jump exercises in one's own home is much more practical and effective than simply putting your trust in jump machines and jump shoes.

  • Anyone here read or heard regarding this: Growth 247 Formula ? It seems like it is getting really in demand due to the fact everyone are actually improving their own height drastically.   • 2 be honest, u really don't need a program. All u need to do is work your core, stretch, and just practice jumping a lot! And make sure your body fat count is low. Lastly, make it ur passion and have one! I went from barely getting net to grabbing rim in a year!

  • @AthleticFIT A myth?it was an opinion that i made.. had no idea people thought of that before me lol.. i find it hard to believe explorers and conquerors sat down and thought "Gee africans can jump high" lol.. from a religious stand point i believe God made african americans genetically stronger to survive in the kind of environment they were born at to survive ... you dont see random wildlife running around in the united states..

That statement means that all Africans/Afro-Americans are good at jumping???? NOT AT ALL!! That myth dates from way back then when the so called explorers and conquerors came up with their NOTIONS that were wrongly passed on to the slave traders who first wrote the books that misled most of the IGNORANTS who still follow these myths.
