TechwareLabs takes aim and fires upon several hard drives just for fun and to see how well a hard drive would protect you from several different types of rounds. Call this the ultimate data destruction test as we are pretty sure you won't be getting anything from these hard drives any time soon. Let the hard drive massacre begin!

I wanted to do the same after my newly installed Vista ate all my disk space, slowed my rig to a crawl and made half of my games to not work. Fortunately, I still had my old trusty XP... :)

Out of curiosity, does hard drives fragment bullets...specifically steel core?
I'm thinking of taking my legacy hard drives out, but I'm afraid it'll send some of my steel core FMJs back at me

@R5H4D0W Although we are not experts in this field, all of our testing resulted in the bullets either completely penetrating the HDD, or being embedded in the drive. We were standing at 15 yards while making most of these shots.

@buttnut1080 I obviously have nothing better to do than respond to videos on our own channel. Then again, every time you respond to this video it gets another view. Your idiocy benefits us time and time again. All We have to do is sit around a table and laugh at you. Why don't you do the world a favor and go drive your go cart into a pole.
