CAN THE ENTRY BE IN THE FORM OF A STORY?
eg: A webkinz is invited to a halloween party but doesn't have enough money to buy a costume. So the webkinz makes a costume.
I'm sorry if I'm irritating you or anything but I finished my video and I wanna make sure that it follows the rules. THANKS! Please reply!
