Luke Broken Leg?

Me and luke very drunk
and we was wealking home
and i think luke just had to sit down coz his leg was suddenly in a lot of pain
and he pulled up his trouser leg
and there was this huge massive lump in the middle of his shin which really doesnt look right D:
