Did you put the red on the right eye and the blue on the left side? For the videos I sit down on ( at least in the past ) , the blue goes on the right eye, but for the other 3d that I do, the red goes on the right eye.........like for this video clip..........I know in most cases 99% the blue goes on the right eye........but I do it a different way...............

That's why it's better to get the 3d glasses that are made of cardboard, so you can just wear them both ways without any problem.........The plastic ones would be a problem. I find the paper or cardboard glasses to a better job.........To me, the more expensive glasses that are plastic make things too dark.

Good thing that you mention this... maybe you should note that in the video itself too. Almost all 3D-glasses are made to have the cyan part over the right eye, so you'd have to put them upside down. But yeah, it does improve the quality a lot :-).
